The Cape Spartivento lighthouse was built in 1866, and is the oldest lighthouse in Sardinia still in operation. Reached from the beach of the Bay of Chia along a rough road of about four kilometres, it was recently refurbished and converted into a luxury guesthouse.
Model 2010S and 2070S cast iron spiral staircases, with diameters of 120 and 160 cm respectively, were used in the restructuring of the new suites, in the versions with LED lights and complete with protective handrails.
